Wanmin Restaurant's head chef remains one of the best off-field Pyro damage dealers, and she is free. Her Pyronado spins around your active character for 10s (14s at C4), applying Pyro constantly and hitting hard with the right buffs. Paired with Bennett, she still anchors Vaporize, Overloaded and Burning teams in version 7.1.

How to play

How she works

  • Guoba Attack (Skill) summons Guoba, who breathes fire four times for AoE Pyro DMG and generates particles. When he leaves, he drops a chili pepper (+10% ATK).
  • Pyronado (Burst, 80 Energy) swings three times, then leaves a Pyronado orbiting your active character for 10s. It snapshots buffs (like Bennett's ATK bonus) at the moment you cast it.
  • Her damage comes almost entirely from Pyronado, so her Energy needs are high: Bennett's particles and a Favonius or Kitain teammate help a lot.

Rotation

  1. Bennett E Q (his field and ATK buff), then Xiangling Q inside the field to snapshot it, then E so Guoba's particles come back for the next Burst.
  2. Swap to your driver (Raiden, Varesa, Lyney…) while Pyronado spins.
  3. Recast Guoba early in the next rotation if it is ready, so she funnels enough Energy.

In Overloaded teams, Guoba can be swirled by Sucrose or Kazuha for extra RES shred, and Chevreuse lets you skip Bennett.

  • Her Pyro aura can disrupt reactions in some teams
