The Dendro Archon is still the most flexible Dendro unit in the game. One tap of her Skill marks every enemy with a Seed of Skandha, and each reaction on them triggers Tri-Karma Purification, strong off-field Dendro DMG that scales with Elemental Mastery. Lauma now outshines her in Lunar-Bloom, but Nahida remains a top pick for Quicken, Hyperbloom, Burgeon and Nilou Bloom, and a solid Lunar-Bloom support for players without Lauma.

The Moonsign bonus needs Ascendant Gleam (two Moonsign characters, e.g. Nefer and Columbina) and is refreshed by her latest Skill or Burst, so cast E (and Q when available) every rotation.

Teams

Recommended teams

Nefer Lunar-Bloom

Nahida takes Sucrose's slot: extra Dendro, EM sharing and the non-Moonsign Lunar DMG bonus. Without Lauma, she can replace her too, at a noticeable DPS loss.

Nahida Hyperbloom

Two Hydro units create Dendro Cores and Kuki Shinobu turns them into Hyperbloom while healing. Every Hyperbloom also triggers Tri-Karma Purification.

Cyno Aggravate

Two Electro teammates shorten Tri-Karma's interval in the Shrine of Maya, and Cyno gets her EM share while on the field.

Guide

How to play

How she works

  • All Schemes to Know (Skill, 5s CD) marks up to 8 enemies with a Seed of Skandha for 25s and links them together. Whenever a marked enemy suffers an elemental reaction or takes Dendro Core DMG (Hyperbloom, Burgeon), Tri-Karma Purification hits every linked enemy for Dendro DMG based on her ATK and Elemental Mastery, once every 2.5s.
  • Illusory Heart (Burst, 50 Energy) opens the Shrine of Maya: Pyro teammates boost Tri-Karma DMG, Electro teammates shorten its interval and Hydro teammates extend the field. Her first passive also gives the active character in the field 25% of the highest EM in the party (up to 250).
  • Awakening Elucidated: every point of EM above 200 grants Tri-Karma +0.1% DMG and +0.03% CRIT Rate, maxing out at 1,000 EM (+80% DMG, +24% CRIT Rate).
  • Lunar-Bloom: Nahida is not a Moonsign character, so at Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam her Skill and Burst give the party +2.25% Lunar Reaction DMG per 100 EM (up to 36% at 1,600 EM). Her C2 also adds 10% CRIT Rate and 20% CRIT DMG to Lunar-Bloom DMG on marked enemies.

Rotation

  1. Tap E to mark everything nearby, or hold E to pick up enemies that are spread out.
  2. Q when your team uses the Shrine (EM share, Pyro/Electro bonuses) or to refresh the Moonsign buff in Lunar-Bloom teams.
  3. Swap out: the Seeds last 25s, so a single Skill per rotation is enough.

Tri-Karma has an internal cooldown, so she wants EM first, then CRIT. With two Electro teammates the interval shrinks and she deals even more damage.

Strengths

  • Huge off-field Dendro application and damage from a single Skill press
  • Fits almost every Dendro archetype: Quicken, Hyperbloom, Burgeon, Nilou Bloom and Lunar-Bloom
  • Very short field time and a cheap 50-Energy Burst
  • Shares Elemental Mastery with the active character through her Burst

Weaknesses

  • Lauma now does her job better in Lunar-Bloom teams
  • Tri-Karma Purification has an internal cooldown, so she needs frequent reactions to shine
  • Her Burst bonuses only apply inside the Shrine of Maya
