Nefer
Secret Beneath the Sands
Shrouded in secrets, Nefer is the on-field carry of Lunar-Bloom, one of the strongest team archetypes in the game. After her Skill, she spends the party's Verdant Dew on Phantasm Performance, a Charged Attack where her shades deal Lunar-Bloom DMG that scales with Elemental Mastery. Paired with Lauma, she is one of the best DPS of version 7.1.

Main stats
Substat priority
Stat targets
- Elemental Mastery 500–800 (800 caps her Moonsign passive)
- CRIT Rate 40–50% on the stat screen (Night of the Sky's Unveiling adds up to 30%)
- CRIT DMG 200%+
- No Energy Recharge needed
Talent priority
Use an EM goblet, not Dendro DMG: Lunar-Bloom is reaction damage and ignores standard DMG Bonus. With Reliquary of Truth's CRIT Rate, an EM circlet with good CRIT substats can come out ahead.
Recommended teams
Premium Lunar-Bloom
Lauma's Pale Hymn nearly doubles Nefer's damage, Columbina applies Hydro and adds Verdant Dew, Sucrose shares EM.
Lunar-Bloom with Nahida
Nahida replaces Sucrose with little loss (about 92%), more with her constellations.
How to play
How she works
- Moonsign Benediction: Dusklit Eaves converts every Bloom in the party into Lunar-Bloom (+14% base DMG at 800 EM) and raises the party's Moonsign by one level. Each Lunar-Bloom generates Verdant Dew, a shared resource (1 every 2.5s, up to 3).
- Senet Strategy: Dance of a Thousand Nights (Skill, 2 charges) enters Shadow Dance. While you hold at least 1 Verdant Dew, her Charged Attack becomes Phantasm Performance: no Stamina cost, and her shades deal Lunar-Bloom DMG. Up to 3 Performances per Shadow Dance.
- A Wager of Moonlight (Ascendant Gleam): after her Skill, Lunar-Blooms create Seeds of Deceit instead of Dendro Cores. She absorbs them with her Charged Attacks for Veil of Falsehood stacks (more Performance DMG, +100 EM at 3 stacks). No Dendro Cores also means no self-damage from Bloom.
- Her Burst, Sacred Vow: True Eye's Phantasm, is only a time filler when you wait for Verdant Dew.
Rotation
- Lauma Q then Skill (hold it only with Columbina, otherwise tap it to leave Verdant Dew for Nefer), Columbina Q → E, then Sucrose or your fourth slot.
- Nefer E, then 3 × Charged Attack, dash-cancelling each one once the kick lands.
- E again and 3 more Charged Attacks. Use Q or a teammate's Skill only if you run out of Verdant Dew.
Dash-cancelling is not mandatory, but it makes her smoother, safer and faster.
Strengths
- Main DPS of Lunar-Bloom, one of the strongest archetypes in the game
- Great quality of life: flexible rotations, good targeting, mobility and i-frames
- Excellent baseline with a high ceiling through skill and investment
- Needs no Energy Recharge and can stay at level 80
Weaknesses
- Needs Lauma to deal competitive damage
- Hard to fit a healer in her best teams
- Requires a second Moonsign unit and steady off-field Hydro
Notable dupes · Constellation
Phantasm Performance's Lunar-Bloom base DMG increased by 60% of her EM: about +20% personal damage.
Veil of Falsehood goes up to 5 stacks, 2 are free on Skill, and the EM bonus becomes +200: the best stopping point.
25% faster Verdant Dew and 20% Dendro RES shred during Shadow Dance.
Her own kicks deal Lunar-Bloom DMG and a 15% elevation: huge, for whales only.
