Judicator of Secrets
The General Mahamatra is back at the top of the meta. His Stellar kit update lets him enter Radiance: Stellar-Conduct inside a Polestar Field, where his Duststalker Bolts become Starsame bolts that deal direct Stellar-Conduct DMG and can CRIT. With Odette enabling the reaction, he is one of the strongest on-field Electro carries of version 7.1, and Aggravate remains a solid fallback.

Substat priority
Stat targets
- Energy Recharge 125–150% (less with Yae Miko and Favonius procs)
- CRIT Rate 50–60% on the stat screen (Disenchantment adds 16% in combat), CRIT DMG 150%+
- Elemental Mastery 300–500 with the signature, around 1,800+ ATK
- Without the signature, swap to ATK% sands and goblet
Talent priority
Most of his damage comes from his passives, but his Burst (Normal Attack multipliers and EM bonus) and his Skill (Mortuary Rite) still scale with talent levels.

Here his Normal Attacks and Duststalker Bolts are regular Electro DMG, so an Electro DMG goblet is back to being the best choice.
Recommended teams
Stellar-Conduct premium
Odette enables Stellar-Conduct and applies Cryo, Yae Miko adds off-field damage (and 50% Stellar-Conduct DMG at C1), Alyosha heals and buffs. Nicole can replace Yae Miko for about 20% less damage.
Stellar-Conduct without Odette
Budget version: the Cryo Traveler also enables Stellar-Conduct (Illusory Frostmirror), while Qiqi adds Cryo and healing. Expect around 60% of the premium team's damage.
How to play
How he works
- Sacred Rite: Wolf's Swiftness (Burst, 80 Energy) turns him into the Pactsworn Pathclearer for 10s: his Normal, Charged and Plunging Attacks deal Electro DMG that cannot be overridden, and he gains Elemental Mastery and interruption resistance.
- In that state, his Skill becomes Mortuary Rite (3s cooldown), which extends the Burst by 4s per cast, up to 18s.
- Featherfall Judgment (A1): during the Burst, a large eye appears at intervals (Endseer stance). Casting Mortuary Rite then triggers Judication: +35% Skill DMG and 3 Duststalker Bolts.
- Radiance: Stellar-Conduct: once a teammate such as Odette converts Superconduct into Stellar-Conduct, the reaction creates a Polestar Field. Inside it, Judication fires Duststalker Bolts - Starsame instead: 200% ATK plus 600% of his Elemental Mastery as direct Stellar-Conduct DMG. This is where most of his damage comes from. The field also stores Electro and Cryo hits and gives the party up to 40% Electro and Cryo DMG Bonus.
- A Star With Which to Start the Journey: casting his Skill outside the Burst now grants 6s of Pactsworn Pathclearer, so he still has a short damage window when his Burst is down.
Rotation (Stellar-Conduct)
- Set up the team: Yae Miko's totems, Odette's Skill twice, then Alyosha or your sustain.
- Q, then E (Mortuary Rite).
- Normal Attack combos (N4 or N5, dash-cancel if needed) and cast Mortuary Rite as soon as the eye appears. Aim for three Endseers per Burst.
- Swap out when the state ends and refresh your supports.
Stellar-Conduct DMG ignores DEF and does not benefit from Electro DMG Bonus or Normal Attack DMG Bonus, but it can CRIT: that is why ATK%/EM goblets beat Electro DMG goblets in this build.
Strengths
- Top-tier Stellar-Conduct damage at C0 with Odette
- Up to 18s of uninterrupted on-field damage with strong interruption resistance
- Still plays in Aggravate if you do not have Odette
- His C1 is easy to get from the recurring free-constellation event To Temper Thyself and Journey Far, and it is a real upgrade
Weaknesses
- Very reliant on Odette: without her, his Stellar teams lose about 40% damage
- 80-Energy Burst: Energy Recharge needs are real
- Long field time limits which supports can keep up
- Endseer timing matters: missing the eye costs a lot of damage
Notable dupes · Constellation
+20% Normal Attack SPD, and in Radiance: Stellar-Conduct, Together We Rise gives +200 EM, passed on to the next character if he swaps out early.
Up to +50% Electro DMG, and up to +80% Stellar-Conduct DMG under Together We Rise: roughly +20% more personal damage on top of C1.
Energy for the team, and 20 Energy for Cyno when a teammate under Together We Rise triggers an Electro reaction: much lower ER needs.
Extra Duststalker Bolts (Starsame in Radiance) on Normal Attacks: the biggest jump of all, roughly doubling his C5 damage.
