Mitya
Rules Set at Naught
An energy specialist of the Royal Energy Commission of Snezhnaya, Mitya is the new face of Stellar-Conduct. He turns Superconduct into Stellar-Conduct, and the Gradient Beacons that the reaction now creates make the Polestar Field follow the active character. Hold his Skill to play him on-field and spend those Beacons with a Stamina-free Charged Attack, or tap it to leave a Detection Core that detonates them and boosts the party's Elemental Mastery from off-field.

Substat priority
Stat targets
- Elemental Mastery 400–500+ (500 maxes Stellar Jubilee's +14%)
- CRIT Rate 60–70% (Explosive Reagent adds up to 20% in combat)
- CRIT DMG 200%+
- Energy Recharge 125–150% at C0, about 100% from C1
Talent priority
Use an Elemental Mastery goblet, not Electro DMG: most of his damage is Stellar-Conduct, which scales with Elemental Mastery and does not benefit from Electro DMG Bonus. Normal Attack comes first because it holds Gradient Detonation.

- Elemental Mastery 400–500 (500 maxes Stellar Jubilee's +14% for the party)
- CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG with the remaining substats
Talent priority
Only tap his Skill in this role: the Steady State Core does the work by itself, consuming and detonating the Beacons your carry generates while sharing up to 120 Elemental Mastery with the party.
Recommended teams
Stellar-Conduct hypercarry
The reference team (Game8, ldshop; Xilonen can replace Valeriy): Odette provides the Cryo and boosts Stellar Glimmer DMG, Yae Miko adds off-field Electro and damage, and Valeriy shields the party while buffing Stellar-Conduct DMG.
Sandrone with Mitya
Mitya as an off-field support: his Steady State Core spends the Beacons from Sandrone's Stellar-Conduct and gives the party Elemental Mastery.
Budget Stellar-Conduct
All 4-stars and the free Traveler: the Cryo Traveler applies Cryo, Valeriy shields and buffs, and Sucrose shares Elemental Mastery.
How to play
How he works
- Stellar Jubilee: Top-Secret Protocol turns every Superconduct in the party into Stellar-Conduct. With Mitya in the party, Stellar-Conduct no longer creates Starlight Prisms: it creates Gradient Beacons instead (one every 1.5s for 3s). Beacons follow the active character and turn a larger area around them into a Polestar Field, so the field moves with whoever is on-field. Inside a Polestar Field, Mitya enters Radiance: Stellar-Conduct, and each point of his Elemental Mastery raises the party's Base Stellar-Conduct DMG by 0.028% (up to +14%, reached at 500 EM).
- Mitya can hold up to 4 Beacons. They last 6s, or 10s with Explosive Reagent: Safe Limits Exceeded, which also gives him +5% CRIT Rate for 15s each time a Beacon is created (up to +20%). Creating a Beacon refreshes all of them.
- Principle: Variable Detection (Skill, 18s CD) deals AoE Electro DMG and creates a Detection Core for 25s. Tapping the Skill again within 6s switches the Core's state (once every 1.5s).
- Tap: Steady State Core (off-field mode). The Core follows enemies and zaps them with Electro DMG. When Mitya already holds the maximum number of Beacons, it consumes each new one for Stellar-Conduct DMG, and when it expires (or a new Core appears) it detonates every Beacon he has. With Baseline Stress Test, each Beacon he holds also gives the whole party 30 Elemental Mastery (120 at 4 Beacons).
- Hold: Overloaded Core (on-field mode). While it is out and Mitya has at least 1 Beacon, his Charged Attack becomes Gradient Detonation, which costs no Stamina: one AoE Electro hit, then every Beacon consumed while you keep holding deals AoE Electro DMG counted as Stellar-Conduct DMG. Baseline Stress Test also makes each Stellar-Conduct reaction give 1 Beacon every 1.5s for 6s.
- Analysis: Gradient Theory (Burst, 60 Energy, 15s CD) deals AoE Electro DMG based on both ATK and Elemental Mastery and creates 3 Beacons.
Rotation (on-field)
- Mitya: hold E to create an Overloaded Core (it lasts 25s, so it can come first).
- Set up your supports: Yae Miko's Skill three times, Odette's Skill twice, then Valeriy (Skill, Charged Attack, Burst).
- Back on Mitya: hold Charged Attack for Gradient Detonation, Q for 3 more Beacons, then Gradient Detonation again.
- Swap out to refresh your supports and start again.
Rotation (off-field)
Tap E for a Steady State Core, Q if it is ready, then swap to your main DPS. The Core spends the Beacons on its own and shares its Elemental Mastery bonus with the party.
Gradient Detonation keeps him in place while you hold it: Valeriy's shield or good spacing helps a lot. Dash-cancelling the Charged Attack shortens its animation.
Strengths
- Rated SS at launch: strong both as an on-field carry and as an off-field Stellar-Conduct amplifier
- Enables Stellar-Conduct on his own, and his Beacons make the Polestar Field follow the active character
- Gradient Detonation costs no Stamina and deals AoE DMG in front of him
- Steady State Core gives the whole party up to 120 Elemental Mastery at C0
Weaknesses
- Locked to Stellar-Conduct teams, with a Cryo partner (ideally the limited Odette)
- Stands still while channelling Gradient Detonation: wants a shield or interruption resistance
- Artifact choice is close: Disenchantment in Deep Shadow and Gilded Dreams trade blows (Game8 favours Gilded Dreams, ldshop and beebom Disenchantment)
- Energy-hungry at C0 (125–150% Energy Recharge)
Notable dupes · Constellation
Up to 5 Beacons, 1 extra Beacon per Skill, +40% CRIT DMG for the active character while a Detection Core is out, and 10 Energy when a Beacon is created (once every 8s): a big comfort and damage gain.
-20% Cryo and Electro RES for enemies in the Polestar Field while a Core is out, plus 123 Elemental Mastery for the party (Steady State) or 234 for the active character (Overloaded). The best stopping point according to Game8.
An extra Stellar-Conduct hit equal to 300% of his Elemental Mastery for every 5 Beacons consumed while his Detection Core is on the field.
Stronger Cores (115% Steady State DMG, or a 34% chance to refund a Beacon when Overloaded) and a 20% Stellar-Conduct DMG elevation for the whole party. Great, but only after C2 and his weapon.
