Pela is an Ice Nihility debuffer and the most accessible source of DEF reduction in the game. Her cheap Ultimate inflicts Exposed on all enemies, lowering their DEF by 40% for 2 turns, and she can keep it up almost permanently while staying fully Skill Point-positive. Her Skill also dispels enemy buffs, and she raises the whole team's Effect Hit Rate.

How to play
How she works
- Zone Suppression (Ultimate, 110 Energy). Deals Ice DMG to all enemies with a 100% base chance to inflict Exposed: −40% DEF for 2 turns. DEF reduction stacks with every other source of DEF reduction or DEF ignore, so almost any damage dealer benefits from it.
- Data Collecting (Talent). Pela regenerates 10 extra Energy whenever her attack leaves the target debuffed (once per attack), which is why her Ultimate comes back so quickly.
- Frostbite (Skill). Single-target Ice DMG that removes 1 buff from the target — very handy against enemies that rely on removable buffs.
- The Secret Strategy (A4). All allies gain +10% Effect Hit Rate while she is on the field.
Rotation
- Use her Technique before combat: it starts the fight by lowering all enemies' DEF by 20% for 2 turns.
- Spam Basic ATKs to generate Skill Points, and use her Ultimate as soon as it is ready to keep Exposed active.
- Only use her Skill to strip an enemy buff, or when you have Skill Points to spare and need the extra Energy.
Tips
- Reach 67% Effect Hit Rate (her Traces included) so that Exposed lands reliably on endgame enemies.
- Build her fast: Exposed only ticks down on the enemies' turns, so a fast Pela can refresh it before it expires.
- Before the Tutorial Mission Starts, free in Herta's Store, gives her 4 Energy for each hit on a DEF-reduced enemy — near-permanent Exposed with Basic ATKs only.
- She is a natural fit for Acheron: every one of her Ultimates applies a debuff to all enemies.
