A century-old scholar of ancient machinery, Faruzan is the go-to buffer for Anemo damage dealers. Her Burst grants a large Anemo DMG Bonus and cuts enemies' Anemo RES by 30%, and her passive adds flat damage to every Anemo hit. At C6 she also boosts Anemo CRIT DMG, which makes her one of the best offensive supports for Stellar Swirl carries like Vesna and Mizuki. She is featured on the 7.1 Phase I banner.

How to play

How she works

  • Wind Realm of Nasamjnin (Skill, 6s CD) deals AoE Anemo DMG and grants Manifest Gale: her next fully charged Aimed Shot becomes a Hurricane Arrow, which charges 60% faster thanks to her first passive. It applies Pressurized Collapse, a vortex that pulls enemies together and also applies the Burst's Anemo RES shred.
  • The Wind's Secret Ways (Burst, 80 Energy, 12s) deploys the Dazzling Polyhedron. Its Whirlwind Pulses grant the party Prayerful Wind's Benefit (+32.4% Anemo DMG at talent level 10) and inflict Perfidious Wind's Bale on enemies (-30% Anemo RES).
  • Lost Wisdom of the Seven Caverns: Anemo hits from characters under Prayerful Wind's Benefit gain Hurricane Guard, bonus DMG equal to 32% of Faruzan's base ATK (once every 0.8s). High base ATK weapons therefore help her buff.
  • C6 changes everything: +40% Anemo CRIT DMG for buffed characters, and the active character's hits create a Pressurized Collapse every 3s, which also generates Energy for her.

Rotation

  1. E, then a charged shot to fire the Hurricane Arrow and group enemies.
  2. Q right before your carry takes the field. In Stellar Swirl teams: Faruzan E Q, Cryo Traveler, Odette, then Vesna or Mizuki.
  3. Swap to your carry and stay inside the Polyhedron's path; at C6, the carry's hits keep spawning vortices.

Her Burst costs 80 Energy and she generates few particles before C6: build lots of Energy Recharge, and give her a Favonius Warbow if you can.

Strengths

  • Anemo DMG Bonus, 30% Anemo RES shred and flat DMG in one Burst
  • C6 turns her into one of the best Anemo supports in the game, including for Stellar Swirl
  • A 4-star: constellations come naturally, and she is on the 7.1 Phase I banner

  • Her buffs only help Anemo damage
  • No healing or shield: her Stellar Swirl teams are sustainless
