Snowy Banquet's Sharp Blade
Commander of the Druzhna and the new face of Stellar Swirl, Vesna is a fast, mobile on-field Anemo carry. Her Elemental Skill puts her in Armed for Action mode, where her attacks summon wind pinions and her Windborne Swords call down Spirit Blades that count as Stellar Swirl DMG. Pair her with off-field Cryo and she is one of the strongest main DPS of version 7.1.

- CRIT Rate 50–60% on the stat screen (Scarlet Proof adds 16% in combat)
- CRIT DMG 180%+
- Energy Recharge 100–135%
- Elemental Mastery 100–180 is a nice bonus
Talent priority
Use an ATK% goblet, not Anemo DMG: most of her damage is Stellar Swirl, which scales with ATK and does not benefit from Anemo DMG Bonus. Community testing found ATK/ATK/CRIT clearly ahead of EM-heavy setups.

Snezhnaya Stellar Swirl
Premium team: Odette buffs Stellar Glimmer DMG, the Cryo Traveler adds Cryo and damage, and Vodyanitsa heals while shredding Hydro, Cryo and Anemo RES.
Stellar Swirl with Faruzan
Highest damage with C6 Faruzan (Anemo RES shred and CRIT DMG), at the cost of healing.
Budget Stellar Swirl
All 4-stars and the free Traveler: Diona shields and applies Cryo, Sucrose shares Elemental Mastery.
How to play
How she works
- Stellar Jubilee: Splendid Prelude turns every Cryo Swirl in the party into Stellar Swirl, whose base DMG grows with Vesna's ATK (+0.7% per 100 ATK, up to +14%). Triggering it puts her in Radiance: Stellar Swirl for 8s.
- The Art of Victory (Skill) deals AoE Anemo DMG, grants 2 Sword Essence and enters Armed for Action for up to 15s: her Normal, Charged and Plunging Attacks become Anemo DMG and summon wind pinions that refill Sword Essence.
- Spend Sword Essence on Windborne Sword. Each use raises its level (1 to 3); at levels 2 and 3 it also summons Spirit Blades, which count as Stellar Swirl DMG while she is in Radiance. The mode ends after three level-3 Windborne Swords or when time runs out.
- For the Tsaritsa! (Burst) summons a volley of Spirit Blades and gives 1 Sword Essence.
Rotation
- Set up your supports first: Odette's Skill (and her Dance Double), the Cryo Traveler, then Vodyanitsa or Faruzan.
- Swap to Vesna and press E.
- Weave Normal Attacks and Windborne Sword until you reach level 3, then keep spending Sword Essence.
- Fire Q late in her field time: every Windborne Sword and Burst adds a stack of Disciplinary Action (+10% Spirit Blade DMG each, up to 6), so the Burst hits harder at the end.
- Swap out to refresh your supports and start again.
Leaving the field or recasting her Skill clears Disciplinary Action, so give her one clean, uninterrupted window per rotation.
Strengths
- Top-tier damage at C0, with huge AoE from her Spirit Blades
- Extremely mobile and fluid to play, with interruption resistance in Armed for Action
- Works with the free Cryo Traveler, so even budget Stellar Swirl teams are strong
- Flies over terrain out of combat, a real treat for exploring Snezhnaya
Weaknesses
- Needs at least one, ideally two, off-field Cryo characters
- Her best partners (Odette, Vodyanitsa) are limited 5-stars
- Leaving the field resets Disciplinary Action, so she wants long, uninterrupted field time
Notable dupes · Constellation
A fourth max-level Windborne Sword, a free first cast and +20% Stellar Swirl DMG in Armed for Action: a large damage gain and a good stopping point.
Max Disciplinary Action stacks on entering Armed for Action, plus +40% ATK: the comfort breakpoint for heavy investors.
Adds Windborne Sword: Transpose and a 20% Stellar Swirl DMG elevation. Great, but only after C2 and her weapon.
