Star reporter of The Steambird, Charlotte is a 4-star Cryo healer. Her Burst deals Cryo DMG and heals the whole party, then leaves a Newsflash Field that keeps healing the active character, while her Skill marks enemies with Cryo damage over time. She is a simple, cheap sustain for Freeze teams and for Furina teams that need a lot of healing.

Her Burst holds her healing: level it first. The Tap Skill is usually better than Hold: shorter cooldown and simpler rotations.

Neuvillette Freeze
Charlotte adds Cryo for Freeze and plenty of healing to fuel Furina's buffs; Kazuha groups and shreds RES.
Wriothesley with Furina
Charlotte heals the whole team to keep Furina's Fanfare climbing and adds off-field Cryo, while Shenhe buffs Wriothesley's Cryo DMG.
Budget Hyperbloom
A flexible fourth slot: Charlotte heals the team and adds a little off-field Cryo while Nahida, Xingqiu and Kuki Shinobu handle the Hyperbloom.
How to play
How she works
- Still Photo: Comprehensive Confirmation (Burst) deals AoE Cryo DMG, heals all nearby party members based on her ATK, then creates a Newsflash Field that keeps dealing Cryo DMG and healing the active character inside it.
- Framing: Freezing Point Composition (Skill): Tap marks up to 5 enemies with Snappy Silhouette (Cryo DMG over time, 3 particles, 12s cooldown). Hold until the Finisher Frame to apply Focused Impression instead: longer and stronger, but with a longer cooldown.
- Diversified Investigation: +5% Healing Bonus per other Fontainian in the party and +5% Cryo DMG Bonus per non-Fontainian (max 15% each).
Rotation
- Tap E to mark enemies.
- Q for team healing and the Newsflash Field.
- Swap to your main DPS and keep them inside the field.
Her Burst costs 80 Energy while her Skill only makes 3 particles every 12s: Energy Recharge is her main requirement.
Strengths
- Strong team-wide and on-field healing from a 4-star
- Only needs ATK and Energy Recharge
- Off-field Cryo application for Freeze and Hydro/Cryo-only teams
- Provides the HP changes that Furina and Marechaussee Hunter want

- Very high Energy Recharge needs as the only Cryo unit
- No buffs or RES shred at low constellations
- The Newsflash Field is stationary
- Outclassed by newer Cryo supports like Escoffier or Citlali
