Saber
Knight-King of Camelot
Saber is a Wind Destruction damage dealer from the Fate collab, built around Excalibur, a 360-Energy Ultimate that hits all enemies and then bounces 10 times. She stockpiles Core Resonance — stored Energy she cashes in with her Skill — every time the team uses an Ultimate, can store overflow Energy and even advances her own action. She hits very hard in every mode, but she is one of the hardest characters to play well, and Gilgamesh is her dedicated partner.

Main stats
Substat priority
Stat targets
- SPD: 135, or 1 point faster than your action-advance support
- CRIT Rate: 100% in combat (her A2 gives 20%)
- CRIT DMG: 150–180%+
- ATK: 2,600–3,000+
Talent priority
Major Trace priority: Knight of the Dragon (A2) > Blessing of the Lake (A4) > Crown of the Star (A6).
Recommended teams
Kings duo
Her most used team: Gilgamesh's Joint ATK refills 120 Energy and doubles her next Ultimate, Mortenax Blade amplifies everything, and Huohuo restores 72 Energy per Ultimate.
With Robin • Summeretto
Robin's full action advance and 72-Energy refill speed up Excalibur even more.
Accessible
Budget option: the Remembrance Trailblazer's True DMG bonus is maxed out by her huge Max Energy, and Tingyun funnels flat Energy and ATK.
How to play
How she works
- Dragon Reactor Core (Talent) – Core Resonance. She starts the fight with 1 point. Whenever any ally (herself included) uses an Ultimate, she gains 3 points and +60% DMG for 2 turns. Each point consumed regenerates a fixed 8 Energy — shown as the white part of her Energy bar.
- Skill – Strike Air: Hammer of the Wind King. A Blast attack. If consuming all her Core Resonance would fill her Energy, the Skill gains +14% multiplier per point and consumes them all; otherwise it grants 3 more points. Her A6 gives +50% CRIT DMG for 2 turns after each Skill, plus 4% CRIT DMG per point gained in the battle (up to 8 stacks).
- Excalibur (Ultimate, 360 Energy). 280% ATK to all enemies, then 10 bounces of 110% ATK. Her next Basic ATK becomes Release, the Golden Scepter: an AoE that grants 2 Core Resonance and deals extra DMG when only 1 or 2 enemies are left.
- Mana Burst (A2 – Knight of the Dragon). +20% CRIT Rate. She gains Mana Burst when entering battle and after her Enhanced Basic ATK: as soon as her next Skill could refill her Energy, it's consumed to restore 1 Skill Point and make her act immediately — a real 100% action advance, so buffs tick down.
- Overflow Energy (A4 – Blessing of the Lake). Stores up to 120 extra Energy, returned after her Ultimate, and she always starts the fight with at least 60% Energy.
Rotation
- Use her Technique: +35% ATK for 2 turns and 2 Core Resonance at the start of the next fight.
- Skill while the team uses its Ultimates to build Core Resonance, then Skill again to cash it all in once the white bar covers the rest of her Energy.
- Fire Excalibur only when her buffs are up (ideally right after Gilgamesh's Joint ATK, which doubles it), then follow with Release, the Golden Scepter.
Tips
- Anticipate the Mana Burst turn: it can arrive before your buffers have acted. Throwing an unbuffed Ultimate wastes a lot of damage.
- Supports that restore Energy as a percentage are gold: Huohuo's and Robin • Summeretto's Ultimates are worth 72 Energy to her.
- Her SPD should be around 135, or 1 point faster than your action-advance support.
- She is not autoplay-friendly.
Strengths
- Competitive damage in every endgame mode
- Huge burst Ultimate with both AoE and bounce damage
- Lots of built-in CRIT stats
- Stores overflow Energy and advances her own action
- High Toughness damage for a non-Break character
- Gilgamesh multiplies her damage and Energy
Weaknesses
- One of the hardest characters to play optimally — autoplay wastes her potential
- Her best team is expensive
- Bounces are wasted on weak enemies in full-AoE fights
- Skill Points can run short in some teams
Notable dupes · Eidolon
+60% Ultimate DMG, and each Basic ATK or Skill grants 1 more Core Resonance.
The usual stopping point: up to 15% DEF ignore from Core Resonance gained, and +7% Skill multiplier per point cashed in.
+20% Wind RES PEN on her Ultimate, overflow Energy raised to 200, and 300 Energy refunded after her first Ultimate (then once every 3 Ultimates).
