Flins
Shadowy Lights, Stranger Wights
Lantern in hand, Flins is the on-field carry of Lunar-Charged. His Skill switches him to Manifest Flame, then his special Skill unlocks Thunderous Symphony, a 30-Energy mini-Burst that deals direct Lunar-Charged DMG, boosted when a Lunar-Charged thundercloud is nearby. He has a very high damage floor, great AoE and his best teammate, Ineffa, doubles as a shielder.

Main stats
Substat priority
Stat targets
- ATK 2,000+ (maxes his Moonsign and Whispering Flame passives), 2,500 is great
- Energy Recharge 100–130% at C0 with Ineffa (lower with his signature), 110–145% at C1
- CRIT Rate 40–50% on the stat screen (Night of the Sky's Unveiling adds up to 30%)
- CRIT DMG 175%+
Talent priority
Use an ATK% goblet, not Electro DMG: his damage is direct Lunar-Charged, which ignores standard DMG Bonus. EM sands and goblet are viable but almost always worse. Level 90 is worth it for base ATK.
Recommended teams
Premium Lunar-Charged
Ineffa adds huge off-field damage, a shield and Electro Resonance; Columbina applies Hydro and buffs Lunar reactions; Sucrose shares EM.
Lunar-Charged with Fischl
Fischl replaces Ineffa; with Sucrose she activates her Hexerei passive for extra EM.
How to play
How he works
- Moonsign Benediction: Old World Secrets converts every Electro-Charged in the party into Lunar-Charged (+0.7% base DMG per 100 ATK, up to +14% at 2,000 ATK) and raises the party's Moonsign by one level. Lunar-Charged summons thunderclouds that strike enemies every 2s.
- Ancient Rite: Arcane Light (Skill) enters Manifest Flame for 10s: his Normal and Charged Attacks deal Electro DMG (1 Electro particle every 2s on hit) and his Skill becomes Northland Spearstorm (6s cooldown).
- Northland Spearstorm turns his Burst into Thunderous Symphony for 6s: it costs only 30 Energy and deals Lunar-Charged DMG, with an extra, stronger hit under Ascendant Gleam if a thundercloud is nearby. This is where most of his damage comes from.
- His regular Burst, Ancient Ritual: Cometh the Night (80 Energy), is rarely worth using outside Energy-rich fights.
- Symphony of Winter gives +20% Lunar-Charged DMG under Ascendant Gleam; Whispering Flame converts 8% of his ATK into EM (up to 160).
Rotation
- Set up Columbina (E → Q), Ineffa (E, Q when ready) and Sucrose.
- Flins E → N1 → E → Q (Thunderous Symphony).
- N4 × 2 while Spearstorm is on cooldown, then E → Q again.
- Finish with a few Normal Attacks to bank Energy, then swap out.
Keep the delay between his special Skill and Burst short, especially with 10s buffs like Viridescent Venerer.
Strengths
- Very high damage floor and great AoE
- His best teammate (Ineffa) is also a shielder, so his team is comfortable
- Less reliant on a specific partner than other Lunar carries
- Straightforward rotation built around two cheap mini-Bursts
Weaknesses
- Lower ceiling than other Lunar teams
- Notably weaker without Ascendant Gleam and a thundercloud nearby
- Rotations cannot go much below 17s because of his Skill cooldown
Notable dupes · Constellation
Northland Spearstorm cooldown down to 4s for an extra Thunderous Symphony, plus Energy on Lunar-Charged: the best stopping point.
Extra Lunar-Charged hits on his Normal Attacks and 25% Electro RES shred for the whole team.
+20% ATK and a higher EM conversion cap; he can now use his full Burst every rotation.
35% elevation to his Lunar-Charged DMG and 10% for the party: huge, for whales only.
