Coming next in ZZZ: Roxy on September 30, then Phoenix and Severian

Here's what HoYoverse has officially announced for the coming weeks. Everything below comes from official sources (update notices, the Version 3.2 special program of August 28 and the Agent Records), not from leaks.

Roxy: Phase II of Version 3.2 (September 30)

The Version 3.2 update notice confirms Roxy as the second new Agent of the patch:

• S-Rank, Wind, Stun, and a member of the Flint Workshop, like Claret;
• available through the "Cindernight Respite" Signal Search;
• signature S-Rank W-Engine: Crimson Moon Casket (Stun).

Roxy is only the second Wind Agent, after Velina (3.0), and the first one with the Stun specialty. That matters because of how Wind works. Wind Anomaly inflicts Windswept. While it's active, the enemy's first hit of Fire, Ice, Electric, Physical or Ether DMG triggers a Contamination effect for that attribute, which increases both the Wind DMG and that attribute's DMG the enemy takes.

Phase I channels (Claret and Nangong Yu) close on September 30 at 11:59 (server time). Phase II then runs until the end of the version. Alongside Roxy, it brings a Promeia rerun, announced during the 3.2 special program (S-Rank, Ice, Anomaly) with her W-Engine Frostfall Sickle. Two events also start on September 30: Diary of an Orbie Parent and "En-Nah" Into Your Lap, which gives 10 Boopons for 7 days of login.

Phoenix and Severian: officially revealed

On September 12, the official HoYoLAB account posted an Agent Record for two new Agents who first appeared in the Season 3 character reveals:

• Phoenix Reffaella: a judge of the Krampus Compliance Authority, the same organization as Zhao, Dialyn, Banyue and Promeia. Her reveal presents her as an S-Rank Fire Anomaly Agent. In her record she introduces herself with "Standing around's a little tiring — mind if I sit?"
• Severian Lowell: a Public Security Commissioner in the Metropolitan Order Division, the same division as Cissia. He's presented as an S-Rank Wind Attack Agent, and his record has him dealing with Zhu Yuan's squad.

Coverage of the reveals places both Agents in Version 3.3. HoYoverse hasn't announced a date yet. What we do know officially is that Version 3.2 ends on October 21, 2026 at 06:00 (UTC+8), so the next update should follow right after. We'll confirm banners, phases and kits as soon as the 3.3 special program airs.

Planning your pulls

• Pity carries over between Exclusive Channels, so skipping Claret doesn't reset your progress toward Roxy, Phoenix or Severian.
• With S-Rank Signal Customization, you choose the 6 S-Rank Agents you can get when you lose the 50/50. Check that list before a big pull session.
• Once Roxy is out, you'll have two Wind Agents. Velina owners should keep an eye on her.
