Judge of the Krampus Compliance Authority
Promeia is an Ice Anomaly Agent who loops Ablooms back to back with her Merciless Judgment EX Special. She also boosts the whole squad's Abloom DMG and makes Ablooms ignore DEF, so she works as both a main damage dealer and a pseudo-support. Her rerun starts on September 30 in Phase II of Version 3.2, alongside her W-Engine Frostfall Sickle.

- Anomaly Proficiency 287–350+ (about 90 more with an AP main-stat W-Engine)

Talent priority
Her Core Passive also gives the whole squad +0.35% Abloom DMG per point of initial Anomaly Mastery above 150, so an Anomaly Mastery Disc 6 is non-negotiable.
Recommended teams
Lumiflux: Remielle & Velina
Her most popular team by far: the third most used team in the current Shiyu Defense. Her strong Ice Anomalies feed Remielle's Voidflares, while Velina handles Wind and Anomaly RES reduction.
Stun Abloom: Nangong Yu & Yuzuha
Outstanding synergy: Nangong extends Stuns and feeds Promeia's gauge with Disorders and Ablooms, and Promeia's constant EXs keep Nangong's Phaethon's Melody up. Vivian is a great alternative to Nangong for a double-Abloom team.
How to play
Resources
- Corrosive Chill (max 100): every 50 turns into a Trial by Cold point (max 2). It comes from her regular Basic string (Sweeping Edge), her Dodge Counter (her best single source, about 15), her Assist Follow-Up, and from teammates: +5 per Freeze, Disorder or Vortex, +15 per Abloom triggered by another Agent.
- Each Trial by Cold point fuels EX Special Attack: Execution - Merciless Judgment, which triggers a big Abloom on the current Anomaly.
Getting to Merciless Judgment
- Merciless Judgment follows Basic 5. After it, she shortcuts back to Basic 5, so you can loop it as long as you have points.
- Fastest route: regular EX (Glacial Death) → Descending Frost → Merciless Judgment.
- Her Dodge Counter also shortcuts to Basic 5 while generating the most Corrosive Chill: dodge-counter as often as you can.
- Her Ultimate applies a burst of Ice Anomaly and gives Frost Oath: press Special after a Chain Attack, Ultimate or Merciless Judgment to go into Layered Frost.
Tips
- Use an EX early: it applies Presumption of Guilt (Ablooms on the target ignore 40% DEF for 30s) and raises her Ice Anomaly Buildup Rate by 30% for 30s. Her Additional Ability also makes every Frostbite last 3s longer.
- Ablooms snapshot the current Anomaly: spend them on undiluted Anomalies from your best-built Agent, usually her own Ice.
- In Stunner teams, keep Trial by Cold for the Stun window and use Assist counters to generate more gauge.
Strengths
- Very strong numbers, with high Anomaly Buildup and burst that's ready whenever you need it.
- Team-wide Abloom buffs let her double as a pseudo-support for Vivian and other Abloom users.
- Accessible build: good W-Engine alternatives and forgiving stat priorities.
- Huge Decibel generation from her Ablooms.
Weaknesses
- Few current fights favor Ice Anomaly, and half-DEF bosses are becoming more common.
- Relies on teammates for resources (Disorders, Ablooms), so her performance swings with the team.
- Corrosive Chill can run dry in teams that Stun very quickly.
Notable dupes · Mindscape Cinema
An extra Trial by Cold point after her Ultimate, and Ablooms on targets with Presumption of Guilt ignore an extra 20% DEF.
Anomaly Proficiency +40, and Ablooms from Trial by Cold get +120% multiplier.
An extra Abloom every 15s, some resource refund and 15% All-Attribute RES ignore. Strong but expensive.
