Imaginary
The Hunt
March 7th (The Hunt)
The Astral Express' Best Sword
March 7th (The Hunt) is a free Imaginary swordswoman who picks a teammate as her Shifu. Each attack or Ultimate from her Shifu gives her Charge; at 7 Charge she immediately takes a turn with a multi-hit Enhanced Basic ATK that costs no Skill Points, then boosts her Shifu's CRIT DMG and Break Effect. She can be built as a CRIT damage dealer or as a Super Breaker, and as a Trailblaze Companion she can switch Himeko • Nova to Decimation.

Main stats
Substat priority
Stat targets
- Break Effect: 140–150%+
- SPD: 124 on the character screen (134 in combat), or about 135 (145 in combat) for Talia
- ATK, CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG are a bonus for her non-Break hits
Talent priority
Pick a Harmony or Nihility Shifu for +100% Toughness Reduction on every hit (The Dahlia is an excellent choice), and always bring the Trailblazer (Harmony) for Super Break.
Recommended teams
Himeko • Nova
Her most used team: March can switch Himeko to Decimation while the Trailblazer and Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae enable Verdict, and Himeko as Shifu gives March Additional DMG.
Feixiao Follow-Up
Feixiao as Shifu attacks constantly and fills March's Charge fast, while March's E2 follow-ups fuel Feixiao's Flying Aureus.
Super Break
With The Dahlia (Nihility) as Shifu, March deals double Toughness damage and becomes the main Super Break attacker.
How to play
How she works
- Skill – Master, It's Tea Time! Designates one ally as Shifu (+10% SPD). Her Basic ATK and each hit of her Enhanced Basic ATK then get a bonus based on the Shifu's Path: Additional DMG of the Shifu's Type (Erudition, Destruction, The Hunt, Remembrance, Elation) or +100% Toughness Reduction (Harmony, Nihility, Preservation, Abundance).
- Talent – Master, I've Ascended! She gains 1 Charge each time her Shifu uses an attack or Ultimate (her normal Basic ATK also gives 1). At 7+ Charge she acts immediately with +80% DMG and an Enhanced Basic ATK: 3 hits, then a 60% chance for each extra hit (up to 3 more). It consumes 7 Charge and recovers no Skill Points.
- Ultimate – March 7th, the Apex Heroine (110 Energy). Single-target Imaginary DMG, and her next Enhanced Basic ATK starts with 2 more hits and an 80% chance for extra hits.
- Traces. A2 advances her by 25% at the start of battle; A4 lets her reduce the Toughness of enemies weak to her Shifu's Type; A6 gives her Shifu +60% CRIT DMG and +36% Break Effect for 2 turns after each Enhanced Basic ATK.
Rotation
- Use her Technique (30 Energy at the start of battle, plus 1 Charge per Technique used by teammates, up to 3).
- Use her Skill once on her first turn to pick a Shifu, then Basic ATK until her Enhanced Basic ATK triggers.
- Fire her Ultimate just before an Enhanced Basic ATK for the biggest hit.
Tips
- She is SP-positive after the first Skill, which leaves Skill Points for hungry teammates.
- Pick a Shifu who acts often: follow-up attackers and fast characters give her Charge much faster.
- Her E2 (a Follow-Up ATK each time the Shifu uses Basic ATK or Skill, +1 Charge) is key to her performance, and all her Eidolons are free.
- For Super Break, give her a Harmony or Nihility Shifu and play her alongside the Trailblazer (Harmony): without Backup Dancer she can't deal meaningful Break damage.
Strengths
- Powerful and versatile support / damage hybrid
- Works with top damage dealers and supports alike
- Built-in Follow-Up ATKs (E2) and self action advances
- Can play as a CRIT carry or as a Super Breaker
- Completely free, Eidolons included
Weaknesses
- Can be tricky to pilot
- No single build covers both playstyles
- Personal damage lags behind modern limited damage dealers
Notable dupes · Eidolon
+10% SPD for her while her Shifu is on the field.
Her key Eidolon: a Follow-Up ATK each time her Shifu uses Basic ATK or Skill (once per turn), with the Path bonus and +1 Charge.
5 Energy at the start of each turn, for more Ultimates.
+50% CRIT DMG on the Enhanced Basic ATK that follows her Ultimate.
