Bailu
High Elder of the Vidyadhara
Bailu is a standard 5★ Lightning Abundance healer. Her Ultimate heals the whole team and grants Invigoration, which heals allies again each time they are hit, and her Talent saves an ally from a killing blow once per battle. She is a solid, Skill Point-friendly pure healer, but brings no cleanse and no offensive utility at E0.

Recommended teams
Blade
Her best-known synergy: overhealing raises Blade's Max HP, which his damage scales on, and Invigoration keeps healing him while he hovers below half HP. Bronya is a standard 5★ and Pela a 4★.
Kafka DoT
With Penacony, Land of the Dreams (Prydwen's third ornament pick), Bailu also gives +10% DMG to Lightning teammates such as Kafka.
How to play
How she works
- Singing Among Clouds (Skill). Heals one ally for 11.7% of her Max HP + 312, then heals random allies 2 more times, each heal 15% weaker than the previous one.
- Felicitous Thunderleap (Ultimate, 100 Energy). Heals all allies for 13.5% of her Max HP + 360 and grants Invigoration for 2 turns, or extends it by 1 turn on allies who already have it.
- Invigoration. When an Invigorated ally is hit, they recover 5.4% of Bailu's Max HP + 144. It triggers 2 times, 3 with Vidyadhara Ichor Lines (A4), and Aquatic Benediction (A6) makes Invigorated allies take 10% less DMG.
- Gourdful of Elixir (Talent). Once per battle (twice at E6), an ally who takes a killing blow is not knocked down and is instantly healed for 18% of her Max HP + 480.
- Qihuang Analects (A2). Overhealing an ally raises their Max HP by 10% for 2 turns.
Rotation
- Use her Technique before combat: every ally starts with Invigoration for 2 turns.
- Use Basic ATKs to generate Skill Points while Invigoration does the healing, and keep her Skill for allies in danger.
- Use her Ultimate as soon as it's ready to refresh Invigoration on the team.
Tips
- She can't cleanse: against debuff-heavy enemies, bring another way to deal with crowd control.
- Her A2 Max HP boost is especially valuable for Blade, whose damage scales with Max HP.
- The revive only works once per battle (twice at E6): it's a safety net, not a strategy.
- With a base SPD of 98, SPD boots alone won't reach the 134 breakpoint: you also need about 11 SPD from substats or a SPD set bonus.
Strengths
- Consistent reactive healing plus 10% damage reduction
- Saves an ally from a killing blow once per battle
- Strong emergency healing
- Largely SP-positive
- Standard 5★: her Eidolons come naturally over time
Weaknesses
- No cleanse
- No extra utility or buffs at E0
- Can't prevent true one-shots
- Benched as soon as you get a better sustain
Notable dupes · Eidolon
Allies at full HP when Invigoration ends regenerate 8 Energy.
+15% Outgoing Healing for 2 turns after her Ultimate.
Her first real offensive support: each Skill heal gives the recipient +10% DMG for 2 turns, stacking up to 3 times.
She can save an ally from a killing blow one more time per battle.
