HI3 v9.1 "A New Page in Time" update notes: Herrscher of Time's kit, gear and every event until December 24
HoYoverse has published the official update notes for v9.1 "A New Page in Time", which runs from October 22 to December 24. Maintenance times and the 600 Crystals of compensation are in our launch article. Here is what the notes add.
Herrscher of Time: what she does
- New S-rank IMG battlesuit that deals Fire DMG with a drive core (FR yoyo électrique).
- She rewinds time to make enemies relive their past wounds: the non-HP-loss damage dealt by the team and the AstralOp is recorded as Weight of Ages, and some of her moves consume it to inflict extra HP loss.
- Astral Ring: Wheel of Destiny. Summoning phantoms strengthens some of her skills.
- She has every Astral Ring trait in the game, so she fits any team. In a team led by Planar Armament: Warped Spacetime or Behold! Fate-Defying Dragon, she raises the team's matching Elemental DMG and Total DMG.
- Senadina (AstralOp) gets a new effect on "A Game with Ten Lives": in a team led by Herrscher of Time, she boosts her Fire DMG and Total DMG and raises the team's initial Astral Ring Intensity.
