Infinite Ouroboros is Mobius's S-rank MECH-type Lightning battlesuit, a ranged Flame-Chaser who strikes with the Ouroboros through Combo ATKs and a summoned Object X. Her Ultimate links up to five enemies and shares damage between them, which makes her very good against multi-target bosses such as Andrius. She has no Astral Ring and is an outdated Part 1 DPS in v9.0: a high-rank Mobius only comes out for the yearly Abyss Andrius (Marisa Impact).

3pRanged ATKs deal 40% more Total DMG; each summoned entity, ELF or support valkyrie adds 6% Total DMG (up to 5 stacks).

2pCombo ATK hits enter Kenbu mode: +30% Total DMG for 7s (CD 10s). M: +20% Total DMG and a Lightning buff after an Ultimate; B: +35% Lightning DMG.
3pTaking a hit gives 30% DMG Reduction and interrupt immunity (CD 15s), and the wearer heals below 50% HP.

Marisa Impact: Lunar Vow is now a better Part 1 Lightning support than Herrscher of Truth (her Ultimate gives Lightning teammates Elemental Breach), and Schicksal's Imperative fills the other support slot (Total DMG buffs, Paralyze and SP). Golden Diva can replace either support when a stage needs more Paralyze.

How to play

Genesis Seeds and Combo ATKs

  • She holds up to 3 Genesis Seeds: each Combo ATK consumes one, and Basic ATK SEQ 4 (or a kill) restores one.
  • Her Combo ATK has three sequences that must be chained within 5s. Tap ATK after each for an Enhanced Basic ATK (6 SP on hit outside the Umbra, 7 at SS2); her Combo sub-skill also reduces the damage she takes by 60%.
  • Combo SEQ 1 creates Object X (a summon, 20s) that slows and pulls enemies. While it is present, she gains 30% ATK Speed, enemies take 25% more Lightning DMG, and her leader skill gives the team Lightning DMG.

Ultimate: Umbra of Ouroboros

  • Honkai Activation (Ultimate, 100 SP): 5 × 420% ATK of Lightning DMG with Time-frozen Domain, full Genesis Seeds, and a 12s Umbra of Ouroboros: +25% Lightning DMG, Combo ATK multipliers +360%, and Enhanced Basic ATKs become Surging ATKs that restore Seeds.
  • During the Umbra, up to 5 enemies hit by her Ultimate or Combo ATKs are linked and share 16% of her Combo, Ultimate and Enhanced Basic DMG. This is what makes her shine against Andrius.
  • Ultimate Evasion triggers a 2.5s global Time Fracture and a submerged mode: tap ATK for a Surging ATK.
  • QTE (Time-Slowed enemy or 15 hits in 3s): +45% Lightning DMG, and enemies take 16% more Lightning DMG from her for 16s.

Marisa Impact's Elysian Realm tips: before the Ultimate, evade, deploy the cross with your weapon skill and attack until you have the SP; during the Umbra, keep chaining Combo ATKs, and use evasion and weapon skill on cooldown.

Strengths

  • Damage sharing between up to 5 linked enemies: excellent against multi-target bosses such as Andrius.
  • Safe ranged playstyle with 60% DMG reduction from her Combo sub-skill and strong crowd control from Object X.
  • Linnaeus is forgeable and she is in the Dorm Supply.

Weaknesses

  • Outdated: no Astral Ring, and her only current use is the yearly Abyss Andrius.
  • That niche needs high ranks to be competitive (Marisa Impact).
  • Relies on her signature cross for Genesis Seed sustain and damage.
