Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star is Kiana's festive S-rank SD-type Fire battlesuit: she wields pistols on paper but fights with a long staff, a drum and her companion Mochie. Protected by Law of Ascension, she marks enemies with Passion Marks, links up to six enemies so they share damage, and counters SD-type foes. She was the third most used support in the v8.5 CN Myriad Abyss top 100 and is still a go-to support for Xentinel, Reign Solaris and SD-type bosses.

Guide

How to play

Core loop

  • Her Basic ATK, Weapon Skill and Combo ATK fill Fortune (max 240). At full Fortune, press Weapon to cast Immaculate Duet.
  • Her Weapon Skill drums, pulls enemies and applies Passion Marks; hitting a marked enemy again detonates the mark.
  • Weapon Skill, Immaculate Duet and Stellar Shift link up to 6 enemies: part of the damage they take is shared with the other linked enemies.
  • Her Ultimate heals the whole team and freezes time.

Astral Ring (Law of Ascension)

  • As the leader, entering Stellar Outburst makes her cast Stellar Shift (a powerful entry skill); switching to Heavenly Shift teammates triggers their own Stellar Shift.
  • During Astral Ring Charging, her Combo ATK and Immaculate Duet consume her Stellar Drain.
  • Her 3-piece set gives the team Let's Have Fun! for 25s when her Combo ATK or QTE lands, when she enters Stellar Surplus or Outburst, or when she enters battle as the leader.

SD counter

  • The last hit of her Weapon Skill or Immaculate Duet instantly lowers an SD-type enemy's max HP by 8%, and the whole team gains Stardust Navigation.

Marisa Impact's Drum Smash loop (the stronger one): trigger Stellar Outburst (Stellar Shift), press ATK until the meter is full, then Weapon, twice; repeat. Against a new wave, open with Weapon to apply the damage link.

Strengths

  • One of the biggest team buffs in Part 2, and a flexible support for Grail of Infinitude, World Star and Law of Ascension.
  • Team-wide damage sharing against multiple enemies, a rare utility.
  • Strong SD-type counter (instant 8% max HP cut) and very fast Domain Resonance triggers in World Star teams.
  • Gives Xentinel Physical Breach thanks to their Kiana/Mei synergy.

Weaknesses

  • As a DPS her best lineup changes from boss to boss.
  • Some of her single-target bonuses switch off when several enemies are on the field, while her damage link only matters against groups.
  • As a support, her slot depends on the boss: Miss Espionage, Peregrine Sword, Jovial Deception or Reign Solaris often take her place.
