The penniless astrologist is back at the top as a Hexerei support. Her Burst applies Omen, one of the largest DMG buffs in the game (+60% at talent level 10), and her Hexerei passive lets her Normal and Charged Attacks extend it and boost the team's Vaporize DMG. She shines in Vaporize teams for Arlecchino, Mavuika or Durin, and her standard-banner constellations add even more team-wide buffs.

How to play

How she works

  • Stellaris Phantasm (Burst, 60 Energy) traps enemies in an Illusory Bubble. The next hit pops it and applies Omen: enemies take up to 60% more DMG, but only for about 5 seconds.
  • Hexerei: Secret Rite (after her Witch's Homework, with a second Hexerei character such as Sucrose, Durin, Fischl or Klee): each Normal or Charged Attack hit extends Omen by 2s (up to +8s) and grants a stack of Astral Glow of Mercury (max 3). When a teammate triggers Vaporize, the stacks are consumed for +5% Vaporize DMG each.
  • Waterborne Destiny (A4) converts 20% of her Energy Recharge into Hydro DMG Bonus.
  • Her constellations are also upgraded under Hexerei: C1 boosts Hydro reactions (Vaporize, Lunar-Charged, Lunar-Crystallize…) and is 60% stronger when triggered by off-field teammates, C2 gives the party +80 EM on Charged Attack hits, and C4 adds 15% CRIT Rate (plus 15% CRIT DMG for Hexerei units) against Omen targets.

Rotation

  1. Cast E early if possible, so she can catch her own particles later.
  2. After your long-lasting buffs, cast Q, then 2–4 Normal Attacks while Omen is active (2 at C2+) to stretch it to its full length.
  3. Swap to your DPS. With a Pyro carry, you can come back for a quick Normal Attack or Skill to reapply Hydro.

Without an active Hexerei partner, simply use (E) Q and swap: Omen then lasts only a few seconds, so cast it right before your carry's biggest hits.

Strengths

  • One of the biggest team-wide DMG buffs in the game
  • Hexerei lets her extend Omen to about 13 seconds and boost Vaporize
  • Standard-banner 5-star: constellations are easy to collect and very impactful
  • Works with cheap weapons like the 3-star Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers

Weaknesses

  • Extreme Energy Recharge needs (often 250%+ without Favonius Codex)
  • Needs a little field time for her Normal Attacks to extend Omen
  • Weak Hydro application for enabling Pyro carries on her own
