Mostly valuable for its HP% main stat: its CRIT Rate bonus is hard to keep up during his combos.

Fire DMG +15%; losing HP raises CRIT Rate by 15% for 5s.

Puzzle Sphere

Craftable stopgap. ATK% and CRIT DMG are poor stats for him. Game8 ranks Radiowave Journey above it, but Prydwen finds its Sheer Force buff too unreliable.

EX Special Attacks raise CRIT DMG by 16% for 12s and deal 20% more DMG to targets below 50% HP.

How to play

HP and Drive Suppression

All his Physical DMG is Sheer DMG (it ignores DEF), and every point of Max HP gives him 0.1 Sheer Force.
Drive Suppression (Special) costs 16% Max HP (half after the 4th Basic hit) and gives +90% CRIT DMG for 45s. If an enemy hits him during it, he blocks (+5 Determination) and goes straight into Cool Wheelie (EX Special); otherwise Cool Wheelie comes out at the end anyway.
Hold a direction or Dodge during Drive Suppression to drift (Through the Galaxy): a Perfect Dodge then triggers Afterfire Spin, a stronger Dodge Counter that builds more Determination and also leads into Cool Wheelie.
He heals with his Basic Attack (Knight's Technique), Duel King after a Perfect Dodge (10% Max HP) and his Adrenaline EX Specials. At 25% HP or less, he takes 50% less DMG but can't use Drive Suppression.

Determination and Adrenaline

Determination (max 120): at 100, hold Basic Attack for Full-Throttle Starlight, his big bike charge and laser. Cool Wheelie, his Chain Attack (+15) and Perfect Dodges build it fast.
Adrenaline (60 on entering the battlefield) powers High-Traction Wheels (hold Special, heals 30% Max HP) and Rocking Footwork (after Cool Wheelie, heals 15%). Save it for Stun.
Additional Ability (Stun, Defense or Support teammate): Cool Wheelie, the 4th Basic hit, Chain Attacks and Ultimates grant Starlight (2 stacks, 45s), each giving +20% DMG to Chain Attacks, Ultimates, EX Specials and Full-Throttle Starlight.

Rotation

Out of Stun: loop Cool Wheelie (ideally from a block or Afterfire Spin) for damage, Determination, Starlight stacks and Yunkui Tales. Heal with Basics and Duel King, and go into Stun with full Determination and Adrenaline.

In Stun (Prydwen):

Full-Throttle Starlight.
Swap to trigger a Chain Attack, then Chain back to Billy.
High-Traction Wheels, then another Chain Attack to Billy.
Ultimate, High-Traction Wheels, Full-Throttle Starlight.

Full-Throttle Starlight is very long: swap out during it to refresh buffs (Moonlight Lullaby, King of the Summit), then bring him back with a Quick Assist, which turns into Drive Suppression while his HP is above 25%.

Strengths

Strong burst in Stun and decent damage outside it thanks to Cool Wheelie.
His Core Passive gives so much CRIT DMG that his substats are more forgiving than other Rupture DPS'.
Varied, fun kit with parries, drifts and several EX Specials.
Sheer DMG ignores DEF entirely.

Weaknesses

Loses a lot of damage outside his best team (Dialyn and Lucia).
Damage spread across many skills, so he's expensive to level.
Very long animations and strict combos.
Managing HP, Determination and Adrenaline takes practice.
