Alice
New Member of Spook Shack
Alice Thymefield is a Physical Anomaly Agent who builds Blade Etiquette to unleash a fully charged Starshine Waltz, a huge AoE slash that triggers a Polarity Assault. That extra Assault can set off a Disorder with any Attribute Anomaly, including her own Assault, and her Core Passive makes those Disorders hit much harder while Physical Anomalies are still ticking. She plays a lot like a Physical Miyabi and is at her best in Remielle's Anomaly teams.

Main stats
Substat priority
Stat targets
- Anomaly Mastery 140 minimum: every point above it gives 1.6 Anomaly Proficiency (Additional Ability)
- Anomaly Mastery 184+ on the stat screen (Practiced Perfection adds 60 more in combat)
- Anomaly Proficiency 330–420+
- ATK 2,600–2,900+
- HP 9,500+, DEF 750+ for comfort
Talent priority
Anomaly Mastery is worth more on Alice than on other Anomaly Agents, since it turns into Anomaly Proficiency past 140. That's why disc 6 is always Anomaly Mastery.
Recommended teams
Lumiflux: Remielle & Velina
Alice's most used team by far in both Shiyu Defense and Deadly Assault. Alice stays on field while Remielle turns her Anomalies into Voidflares; swap to Remielle when her burst is ready and to Velina to refresh her cyclones. Recommended Bangboo: Ariel, Remielle's own Bangboo.
Anomaly: Vivian & Yuzuha
Vivian's off-field Ether Anomalies set up constant Disorders, which feed Alice's Blade Etiquette, and Yuzuha shares Alice's faction and is the best Anomaly Support. Nangong Yu is a strong alternative to Vivian. Recommended Bangboo: Robin: with a Mockingbird Agent such as Vivian in the squad, it only fires Crown cards (heavy Ether Anomaly Buildup) while an Anomaly Agent is on field, which feeds Disorders.
How to play
Blade Etiquette
- Her gauge holds 300 Blade Etiquette (3 bars). Hold Basic Attack to charge Starshine Waltz: only the level-3 charge is worth it, because its finishing move triggers a Polarity Assault (100% of the original Assault DMG) that can Disorder with any Attribute Anomaly, even her own Assault.
- Sources: hitting enemies, +10 per Assault she triggers, +10 when an EX Special triggers a Perfect Dodge, +30 whenever anyone triggers a Disorder (Additional Ability), +200 from her Ultimate, and a full gauge when she first enters battle.
- Her Core Passive also adds a damage-over-time effect to every Physical Anomaly, raises her Physical Anomaly Buildup Rate by 25% after an Assault, and increases the Disorder DMG multiplier by 18% per second of Physical Anomaly remaining (up to 180%).
Basic Attack 5
The 5th Basic Attack hit is her best tool for Anomaly Buildup and Blade Etiquette. She can jump straight to it after an EX Special, a Quick Assist, a Dodge Counter, an Assist Follow-Up, her Chain Attack, or a Special Attack that triggers a Perfect Dodge. It becomes enhanced after she triggers an Assault.
Combos
- Out of Stun (Prydwen): Quick Assist → Basic 5 → EX Special → Basic 5 → EX Special → Basic 5 → level-3 Starshine Waltz (swap out while it plays).
- Stun burst: level-3 Starshine Waltz just before the Stun → Chain Attack → EX Special if she's under 100 Blade Etiquette → Ultimate → level-3 Starshine Waltz.
- Use her Ultimate when she has 100 Blade Etiquette or less so none of its +200 is wasted.
- Her EX Specials can trigger Perfect Dodges: time them against enemy attacks for extra Blade Etiquette. The forward version is faster; the backward version hits harder.
Like Miyabi's Shimotsuki, Starshine Waltz has a long animation: swap cancel out of it to let your teammates act.
Strengths
- High, easy-to-access Physical Anomaly damage with lots of invulnerability frames.
- Polarity Assault lets her trigger Disorders even with other Physical Agents.
- Flexible teams: works with most Anomaly and Support Agents.
- Shares most of her gear with Jane and Piper.
Weaknesses
- Relies heavily on her signature W-Engine to outperform Jane and Piper.
- Spends a lot of time on field, which limits how often she can swap out.
- Her Blade Etiquette income depends on how many Disorders the team triggers.
Notable dupes · Mindscape Cinema
Polarity Assaults give 25 more Blade Etiquette, and her Assaults cut the target's DEF by 20% for 30s. Game8's recommended stopping point.
Her Ultimate's finishing move triggers a Polarity Assault, squad Assault DMG +15%, Disorder DMG +15% against Physical Anomaly targets, and 1,000 Decibels on entering battle.
Victory State: after a level-3 Starshine Waltz or her Ultimate, up to 6 guaranteed-CRIT follow-up hits worth 3,300% of her Anomaly Proficiency each.
