Xueyi is a 4★ Quantum Destruction damage dealer who converts Break Effect into DMG and turns Toughness damage into Karma stacks for a bouncing Follow-Up ATK. Her Ultimate ignores Weakness Types, so she can break any enemy with Quantum Break effects. She is strong against Quantum-weak foes and in Toughness-heavy teams, but very demanding to build.

How to play
How she works
- Talent: Karmic Perpetuation. Her attacks add Karma based on the Toughness they reduce, and each teammate attack that reduces Toughness adds 1 stack. At 8 stacks, she consumes them for a Follow-Up ATK: 3 bounces of 90% ATK on random enemies.
- Perspicacious Mainframe (A6). Karma above the cap is tallied (up to 6) and given back after her Follow-Up, so no stacks are wasted.
- Clairvoyant Loom (A2). Her DMG increases by 100% of her Break Effect, up to +240%.
- Ultimate: Divine Castigation (120 Energy). Single-target hit that ignores Weakness Types and reduces Toughness; the more Toughness it removes, the more DMG it deals (up to +60%, +10% more against targets at 50% Toughness or more with her A4).
Rotation
- Use her Technique to open with an AoE hit.
- Use her Skill to reduce Toughness and build Karma; your teammates' attacks add more.
- Use her Ultimate on a full-Toughness elite or boss for maximum damage and a guaranteed Quantum Break.
Tips
- Balance Break Effect and CRIT stats: Break Effect alone isn't enough.
- Teammates who deal lots of Toughness damage (Ruan Mei, Fugue, the Harmony Trailblazer) speed up her Follow-Ups.
- Her E2 lets her Follow-Up ignore Weakness Types too, and her E6 lowers the Karma cap to 6: great value for a 4★.
Strengths
- Break Effect gives her a large permanent DMG bonus
- Deals Toughness damage and triggers Quantum Break regardless of Weakness
- Excellent against Quantum-weak enemies
- Gets stronger with teammates who reduce a lot of Toughness
Weaknesses
- Loses a lot of damage when completely Type-mismatched
- Weaker with teammates who deal little Toughness damage
- Very demanding to build: Break Effect, CRIT and SPD at once
