Version 9.0 "The Light at Dream's End": Senadina AstralOp, Fenghuang's Divine Key and the Part 2 finale

Version 9.0 "The Light at Dream's End" went live on Global servers on August 20, 2026 after a six-hour maintenance (600 Crystals of compensation for Captains Lv. 9+). According to the official patch notes, it runs until October 22, 2026. There is no new battlesuit this time: the update focuses on an AstralOp, a gear upgrade for an existing S-rank and the end of Part 2's main story.

New S-rank AstralOp: Senadina

Senadina joins the AstralOp roster and is built for Wheel of Destiny teams. When the team enters Stellar Outburst, her synergy attack pulls nearby enemies together and deals Fire DMG, and she performs a special follow-up whenever the leader calls in a Phantom.

While Wheel of Destiny is active, Phantom assist attacks during Stellar Surplus increase the Elemental and Physical DMG enemies take during the next Stellar Outburst.
She raises the Total DMG enemies take based on how many team members have the Harmonized Shadow Star trait, and enemies under a status effect take extra Elemental DMG of the matching type.
AstralOp Supply: Senadina is guaranteed within 60 drops, and every 10 of the first 60 drops also grants 2 Equipment Supply Cards (up to 12).

Fenghuang of Vicissitude gets her Divine Key

Fu Hua's Fenghuang of Vicissitude receives the Divine Key Vermillion Liuli and its PRI-ARM form Vermillion Liuli: Full Burn. When she equips them, she activates the Wheel of Destiny Astral Ring specialization and some of her moves change. Her new stigma set, Weeping Philosopher, has a boosted rate in the Equipment Supply, one free piece from the login event, and it can be crafted (2 Source Prisms + 600 Ether Fuel per piece). She also receives special adjustments and exclusive signets in the Elysian Realm.

Story: the Part 2 finale

The main story finale "The Future We Embrace" (Part 2, Chapter XIV) opened on September 3, with the entire chapter available on day one (Captain Lv. 30+). Clearing it rewards Crystals, Source Prisms and the commemorative item Dreamseeking Scrapbook.

If you already own Fenghuang of Vicissitude, v9.0 is her big comeback. Everyone else can treat Senadina as a long-term pick for Wheel of Destiny teams, since she gets new abilities in v9.1 (see our v9.1 preview). The Part 2 finale is worth clearing for its Crystals alone.
