Sweet 'n' Spicy is Carole's A-rank MECH-type Physical battlesuit, a gauntlet brawler whose Charged ATKs specialize in breaking tough shields. As a Part 1 Physical support she buffs the team's Physical and Total DMG with a cheap Ultimate, boosts shield damage and hands her Amazing Carole state to the next valkyrie. Terminal Aide 0017 (Prometheus) and Reign Solaris have replaced her, but she is still used in the Memorial Arena and is fully farmable.

Part 1 Physical (Herrscher of Rebirth)
Herrscher of Rebirth as a DPS relies on Herrscher of Sentience for Impair; the last slot is Reign Solaris or Terminal Aide 0017 today, with Sweet 'n' Spicy as the farmable shieldbreak option for shield-heavy bosses.
Part 1 Physical (Dreamweaver)
Generic Part 1 Physical DPS + Herrscher of Rebirth support (Impair, Crit, SP) + a shieldbreak support; Carole fills the slot usually taken by Reign Solaris or Terminal Aide 0017.
How to play
Armor Shredder and Charged ATKs
- Basic ATK SEQ 3 and the second hit of Thrust Punch EX grant Armor Shredder (3 stacks max). At 3 stacks, the next Charged ATK consumes them and starts Amazing Carole for 15s; switching her out passes the state to the incoming valkyrie.
- Hold ATK to charge (80% DMG reduction and Iron Body while charging): levels I to III on the ground, I to II in the air, where she also gathers enemies. From S rank, each Armor Shredder stack gives her Charged ATK 65% Total DMG and 80% shieldbreak, and Charged ATK III inflicts Stun Trauma and Shattered Armor (shields cannot recover).
Ultimate and QTE
- Kissy Pillow ☆ Burst costs only 50 SP: a 5s global Time Fracture, two bashes and a slam that knocks enemies airborne. From S rank it gives the team +20% Physical DMG and +15% Total DMG for 20s (+30% Physical DMG if it hits a shield-broken enemy), and teammates can be switched in during it.
- Her QTE (impaired enemies) is a punch rush: mash ATK for up to 5 hits, gain 3 Armor Shredder stacks, restore 10 SP and cut the switch CD by 4s.
Marisa Impact's Elysian Realm loop: use the Ultimate to go airborne, hold ATK until the second charge level, release, and repeat; cast the Ultimate again whenever it is ready.
Strengths
- Excellent shieldbreak for Part 1 Physical teams (shield DMG buffs, Shattered Armor).
- A 50-SP Ultimate that buffs the whole team's Physical and Total DMG.
- Passes Amazing Carole to the next valkyrie (with damage reduction and extra shieldbreak from SS rank).
- Farmable from the Asterite shop and an Open World task; Paganini is forgeable.
Weaknesses
- Replaced by Terminal Aide 0017 and Reign Solaris as a Part 1 Physical support.
- No Astral Ring: irrelevant for Part 2 teams.
- Needs S rank for nearly all of her support value.

Unlocks almost her whole support kit: the team buff on Ultimate, Armor Shredder bonuses on Charged ATK, Stun and Shattered Armor, and extra DMG to PSY enemies and shields.
Amazing Carole also reduces DMG taken and raises shieldbreak, and fully charged ATKs restore 10 SP.
Fully charged ATKs boost her Ultimate's Physical DMG by 60% for 10s.
