"To Temper Thyself and Journey Far" returns on November 2: a free Stella Fortuna for 8 weeks of dailies

HoYoverse announced a new season of "To Temper Thyself and Journey Far": Rewards of Dedication, the long-running event that rewards regular play with a free Stella Fortuna (constellation) of your choice.

When and who

  • Duration: 2026/11/02 04:00 → 2027/01/25 03:59 (server time). On the Europe server (UTC+1), that is November 2, 04:00 → January 25, 03:59, Paris time.
  • Eligibility: Adventure Rank 14 or above, the Wish system unlocked (Archon Quest Prologue: Act I, "Knights of Favonius") and the Adventurer Handbook unlocked (World Quest "Welcome to the Adventurers' Guild").

How it works

  • Daily training goal: in a single day, claim the rewards of 4 Daily Commissions and spend 120 Original Resin.
  • Weekly training goal: complete the daily goal 5 times in a week. Each weekly goal adds progress that you exchange for stage rewards.
  • 8 weekly goals unlock the Stella Fortuna reward: choose a character from the roster shown on the event page.
  • After 8 weekly goals, "Tempered in Practice" unlocks for the following week: completing weekly goals then gives extra rewards. This bonus resets every week, so claim it in time.
  • When a cycle ends, the next one starts on the following Monday at 04:00.
Plan your 8 weeks

The event lasts 12 weeks, so you can miss up to 4 weeks and still reach the Stella Fortuna. 120 Resin is less than a day of natural regeneration (one Resin every 8 minutes, i.e. 180 a day): spending it on Domains, Ley Line Outcrops or bosses is enough.

Restrictions

  • You can't get a Stella Fortuna for a character you don't own, or for a character who already got one from a past "To Temper Thyself and Journey Far" event.
  • An unclaimed Stella Fortuna can only be exchanged for the characters of the current season: the choice doesn't carry over, so pick your character before the event ends.

Rewards

The official image shows the Stella Fortuna plus several materials and Mora, without quantities. The event roster (eligible characters) is shown in-game only.
