  • DMG Bonus: Valeriy builds up Impact Momentum to unleash a special Charged Attack. Depending on whether he is in the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state, it increases your active character's Stellar-Conduct Electro DMG or Electro DMG.
  • Building Impact Momentum: by casting his Elemental Skill, or (after unlocking his Ascension Talent) by using his Elemental Burst and having your other active characters hit opponents with Electro attacks.
  • Shield: his Elemental Skill creates a shield that protects your teammates.

Talents

Talents & Materials

  • "Advance With the Creeping Barrage" (Ascension Talent): while his Elemental Burst is active, Valeriy gains Impact Momentum whenever another nearby active party member hits an opponent with an Electro attack.
  • "Into the Breach" (Ascension Talent): each point of Impact Momentum consumed by the special Charged Attack further increases the DMG Bonus.
  • "Tundra Operational Intelligence" (Passive Talent): +25% rewards on 20-hour Snezhnaya Expeditions (not including Nod-Krai).
  • Materials: one of his Ascension materials is new (marked "New" on the official infographic); exact values will be visible in game after the 7.2 update.
Tip

Valeriy looks made for Mitya's Stellar-Conduct teams (Cryo + Electro), and for Electro teams in general thanks to his shield and Electro DMG buff. We will write his full guide, with exact values, when he is released on November 4.
