Velina rerun (S-Rank, Wind, Anomaly) with Joyau Dore (S-Rank, Anomaly).

Phoenix's official role description:

Fire Anomaly DPS Agent;
grants a chance for the whole squad's Attribute Anomaly DMG to trigger a CRIT;
rapidly accumulates the Anomaly Buildup gauge in a short time;
boasts incredible survivability, and can return to the battlefield and restore HP after being defeated.

Phase II: Severian + Norma rerun

Severian's official role description: powerful Wind DPS Agent, launches enhanced Basic Attacks to deal massive DMG, and automatically dodges enemy attacks and counters.

Pull planning

The Phoenix + Velina pairing is Anomaly-focused, and Phoenix's squad-wide Anomaly CRIT is the stand-out line of her kit. Full kits aren't out yet: we'll write the Phoenix and Severian guides as soon as they're released.
