ZZZ 3.3 "Journey to the Sky": pre-download is open, update on October 21 with 300 Polychrome

HoYoverse opened the pre-download of Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.3 "Journey to the Sky" and announced the update maintenance. Phoenix and the Velina rerun arrive right after it (everything about 3.3).

Pre-download

• When: 2026/10/19 12:00 → 2026/10/21 05:50 (UTC+8), i.e. October 19, 06:00 → October 20, 23:50 in Paris.
• Size: about 6 GB on PC, 5 GB on mobile (Android and iOS), 14 GB on PS5™ / PS5™ Pro and 21 GB on Xbox Series X|S. Installed Voice Packs change the space needed.
• PC: open the HoYoPlay launcher and click the "Pre-Download" icon next to "Start Game". You can keep playing meanwhile.
• Mobile: tap "Pre-Download Resources" at the bottom right of the login screen. You cannot play during the pre-download on mobile, so plan it ahead (Wi-Fi recommended).
• PS5™ / Xbox Series X|S: the pre-download starts automatically after you launch the game if there is enough storage (on Xbox also via My games & apps > Manage > Updates). You can keep playing.

Update maintenance

• Start: 2026/10/21 06:00 (UTC+8), i.e. October 21, 00:00 in Paris.
• Expected duration: about 5 hours (until about 05:00 in Paris). You cannot log in during the maintenance.
• Compensation: Polychrome ×300 for Proxies who reached Inter-Knot Lv. 4 before 2026/10/21 06:00 (UTC+8), sent by in-game mail after the update. Claim it before the end of Version 3.3.

The full update notes (new content, optimizations, fixes) will be published by HoYoverse closer to the update.
