• Reward: Encrypted Master Tape ×10 for logging in on 7 days in total.

• Requirement: Combat Simulation unlocked (Main Story Chapter 1 "Cat's Lost & Found").
• The Basic Plan is unlocked for free: Expansion Tasks raise your Fund Level.
• Growth Plan (paid): Polychrome ×680 right away and the exclusive avatar Trick or Treat!. Premium Plan: an extra Polychrome ×208, a menu decoration set, a W-Engine Microcontroller Unit, a Resonating Core and Ether Batteries.
• Leveling up with a paid plan also gives the exclusive namecard Horror Tale: Childhood Edition, a W-Engine Microcontroller Unit, a Resonating Core, a Hamster Cage Pass and upgrade materials of your choice.
• New: at Fund Level 30 (Growth or Premium Plan), the Great Builder's Certificate lets you pick 1 of 7 W-Engines, including the new A-Rank Bloodmarrow Coffer, suited to Armorer Agents. The certificate expires at the end of this City Fund period — use it in time.
