Blueberry Blitz is Liliya's A-rank MECH-type Physical greatsword user from v3.1. Her 25-SP Ultimate is a parry: block a hit and she answers with a massive Retaliation EX, a Time Fracture and a shorter cooldown, while her diving Charged ATK spends Blitz Power. She was a strong (if RNG-heavy) Memorial Arena pick and is her sister's partner: she unlocks Molotov Cherry's joint attacks and still gives Fervent Tempo Δ double parries. With no Astral Ring she is obsolete in 9.0, kept for Part 1 content and Rozaliya teams.

2pSage's Mentor set. Total DMG +30%, and the Censured State applied by the B piece's QTE hits (enemies deal 12% less DMG and take 18% more Physical DMG) lasts 4s longer.
3pUltimates give the wearer and the on-field teammate +20% Total DMG for 18s; on Starlit Astrologos, she also gains 40% Crit DMG.

2pAttacks have a 12% chance to summon HOMU King, who knocks enemies down for 450% ATK of Physical DMG (CD: 16s).
3pWhen HOMU King appears, every ally gets a Flame Wreath that burns nearby enemies for 6s.

Liliya enables Molotov Cherry's joint attacks and bigger Ultimate, and her Retaliation weakens enemies for Roza's damage bonus and QTE; Drive Kometa shields and gathers.

How to play

Blitz Power and Sturmovik

  • She starts with a full Blitz Power gauge (1,000 BP), which refills at 40/s and faster with Basic ATKs and Ultimate Evasions.
  • Charged ATK: Sturmovik: at full BP, hold [ATK] to aim, then release for Diving Ilyusha (1,000% ATK of Physical DMG, knocks enemies airborne). Afterwards she gains a 7s Tactical Buff: faster movement, 20% damage reduction and Ignore Interrupt.

Ultimate: We'll Bury You (the parry)

  • For only 25 SP (CD 15s), she takes a DEF Stance for 1.8s. If nothing hits her, she performs a normal Retaliation that weakens enemies for 6s.
  • If she is hit during the stance, she unleashes Retaliation EX (850% + 700% ATK), triggers a 1.6s Time Fracture, restores 12 SP and cuts her Ultimate CD by 9s. Time the stance just before a boss attack.
  • After her Ultimate she gains +50% Physical DMG for 30s, and Molotov Cherry gains +25%. From S rank her Ultimate also has +40% Crit Rate and +60% Crit DMG.

Evasion and QTE

  • Ultimate Evasion: Iron Curtain pulls enemies in and hits them for 3s (+Ice DMG from S rank).
  • QTE: Operation Gemina triggers when an enemy is knocked airborne or a teammate is hit; it heals Molotov Cherry if she is on the team.
  • She deals +40% Total DMG to Weakened or Time-Slowed enemies, which her own Retaliation provides.

Supporting Rozaliya

  • With Molotov Cherry, her presence turns Roza's attacks into joint attacks, and swapping between the sisters trades buffs (Ignore Interrupt, Tactical Buff, SP). With Fervent Tempo Δ, both of them can parry.

Her leader skill makes MECH- and PSY-type battlesuits deal +25% DMG to shields (S rank).

Strengths

  • Easy to get: Open World, Expedition, Dorm Supply, Dorm Shop and Elysian Shop (Marisa Impact).
  • A 25-SP parry Ultimate that hits hard, adds a Time Fracture and refunds SP and cooldown on success.
  • Essential partner for Molotov Cherry and still a fun duo partner for Fervent Tempo Δ.
  • Weakens enemies by herself, which fuels her own and Molotov Cherry's damage bonuses.

Weaknesses

  • Obsolete in 9.0: no Astral Ring and no Elysian Realm slot.
  • Her damage relies on getting hit during a 1.8s window: great against slow bosses, unreliable otherwise (Marisa Impact notes the RNG in Arena).
  • Diving Ilyusha needs a full Blitz Power gauge.
  • Mostly valuable alongside Rozaliya.
