Genshin Impact: the Tsaritsa revealed — meet Anastasya, "Frostcrown Revival" (Cryo)

On November 6, 2026, HoYoverse posted on its official HoYoLAB account the first official presentation of the Tsaritsa, the Cryo Archon who rules Snezhnaya, under the title "She cuts through the snow and parts the night, until dawn breaks clear at last".

Anastasya

The official profile card:

• Name: Anastasya
• Title: Frostcrown Revival
• Tsaritsa of All Snezhnaya
• Gnosis: Cryo
• Constellation: Autocratrix Anastasis

The post ends with a teaser line: "About the Tsaritsa's past..."

What we know — and what we don't

• The card follows the format HoYoverse uses to introduce characters (title, constellation), but the post does not say whether she is playable, nor in which version.
• No release date, banner, rarity, weapon or skill has been announced.
• The reveal comes during Version 7.2 "Hour of Ruin", whose story is set in Snezhnaya: representatives of the seven nations gather there as the Holy Soil phenomenon spreads.
