Hawk of the Fog is Fu Hua's PSY-type Lightning gauntlet user from v3.5, the augment core of the A-rank Valkyrie Accipiter. She chains the Six Fists into Kei Combo ATKs, spends 50 SP bursts of her Ultimate in the middle of her combos, shreds shields, and her Ultimate Evasion triggers a Global Time Fracture. Marisa Impact remembers her as one of the best and most demanding battlesuits of her era, dominating both the Abyss and the Memorial Arena, but she has no Astral Ring and is obsolete in 9.0: a high-skill-ceiling pick for older content and the Elysian Realm.

PRI-ARM of Nuada's Grief: the active strikes for 500% ATK of Lightning DMG with 10 Bleed Trauma (double damage in Burst mode); +50% Lightning DMG, +30% ATK Speed in Burst mode and a once-per-battle 50% HP heal when near death; in Burst mode or for 5s after the active or Ultimate, Ignore Interrupt, 40% Total DMG Reduction and Lightning shockwaves that make enemies take up to 24.5% more Lightning DMG (3.5% x 7 stacks).

The v2.6 Pantheon base of Nuada's Revenge: +40% Lightning DMG. Exchange Shop, Battle Pass or Supply.

Pantheon gauntlets from v2.6 and the base weapon of Nuada's Revenge: the active deals 600% ATK of Physical DMG, knocks enemies airborne and inflicts 6 Bleed Trauma; +40% Lightning DMG.

Set effects

2pA lightning barrier gives 30% Lightning DMG while it lasts and negates one Physical hit (regenerates after 15s). T piece: +30% Lightning DMG and up to +15% Total DMG with the combo counter.

3pThe B piece's slow spreads to nearby enemies, and the wearer heals 8% HP.

2pCombo ATK hits enter Kenbu mode: +30% Total DMG for 7s (CD 10s). M: +20% Total DMG and a Lightning buff after an Ultimate; B: +35% Lightning DMG.

3pTaking a hit gives 30% DMG Reduction and interrupt immunity (CD 15s), and the wearer heals below 50% HP.

How to play

Six Fists and Kei combos

Her Basic ATK (Thunder Wyrm) is a six-stance Physical string; during Elektrance each stance adds 75% ATK of Lightning DMG and a little Paralyze Trauma.
Combo ATK: Lightning Panther — tap [ULT] mid-string to branch into Kei moves:
After Basic ATK SEQ 1-2: Kei: Taranic Talons (kicks; from 2★ they add 250% ATK of Lightning DMG and Paralyze Trauma, CD 8s).
During SEQ 3-6: Kei: Six-Sided Shock (steer the finish with the joystick), then [ATK] for Kei: Blasting Palm (knockback, extra damage against a wall) or [ULT] for Kei: Tunneling Blossom.
Kei: Whipping Sparks launches Ki blades; when they hit an enemy more than 4m away, tap [ATK] or [ULT] within 1s to dash in with Ki: Lightning Pounce.
Lightning Pounce and the Ultimate trigger 9s of Elektrance: Ignore Interrupt, 50% DMG Reduction and Lightning bonus damage. From 2★, every SEQ 1 in Elektrance adds +14% to the next Six-Sided Shock (5 stacks).

Ultimate: Raging Tiamat

It raises her max SP by 50 and is used inside her combos: hold [ULT] during Tunneling Blossom, or after the Time Fracture of her Ultimate Evasion, to spend 50 SP on a 2 x 750% ATK Lightning burst that gathers enemies.
From 3★ she deals 45% more Lightning DMG for 18s after entering or casting it; at 6★ it deals 50% more Total DMG and inflicts 10 Paralyze Trauma.

Storm Phoenix and shields

Ultimate Evasion triggers a 3s Global Time Fracture (CD 15s, 11s from S rank). From 4★, the first Basic or Combo ATK within 3s adds 500% ATK of Lightning DMG around the target.
She is a shield breaker: +30% Total DMG and +160% DMG against shields, and from 3★ breaking a shield gives the whole team 30% Total DMG for 12s.
Switch Skill Rending Dive knocks enemies airborne; her QTE triggers on ignited or slowed enemies and grants Elektrance.

Loop

Enter with her Switch Skill or QTE to start Elektrance.
Stack Flux Wyrm with SEQ 1, go into SEQ 3-6, then Six-Sided Shock, Tunneling Blossom and hold [ULT] for Raging Tiamat.
Ultimate Evasion for the Time Fracture, punish with Jolting Riposte or a Lightning Pounce, and repeat.

Leader skill: Mei and Kiana gain 22% Crit Rate above 30 combo hits, Bronya gains 28% Crit DMG below 30 (28% and 40% from S rank).

Strengths

Free: Valkyrie Accipiter from the Open World, Expedition and several shops, her augment materials from the Open World and the Asterite Shop (Marisa Impact).
Global Time Fracture, heavy Paralyze Trauma and Elektrance damage reduction.
Excellent shield breaker whose shield breaks buff the whole team.
Very high skill ceiling for players who enjoy technical combos.

Weaknesses

Obsolete in 9.0: an outdated Part 1 Lightning DPS with no Astral Ring.
Demanding to play: Marisa Impact jokes about the carpal tunnel her evade-and-combo spam requires.
Her key augment ranks need the base battlesuit at S, SS and SSS rank.
Her leader skill only helps Mei, Kiana and Bronya.
